  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 apple, cored and chopped
  • 1/4 cup dates, chopped
  • Small handful pecans or almonds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 scoop Constant Health Daily
  • 3-5 ice cubes


Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until well combined. Sprinkle with cinnamon on top and enjoy right away.
