Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 apple, cored and chopped
- 1/4 cup dates, chopped
- Small handful pecans or almonds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

- 3-5 ice cubes
