Party snacking just got healthier! This spinach artichoke dip replaces cream cheese with white beans and greek yogurt.
Ingredients
- 1 can white beans
- 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup steamed spinach, chopped
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and rinsed
- 2 teaspoons Italian herbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until creamy. Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy with whole grain tortilla chips or sliced veggies.
