Herb-Infused Sweet Potato Fries

Get a full load of vitamins B6 and C, beta caroteine, manganese, and potassium with these savory mouth-watering sweet potato fries.


  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1¼ tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp fresh-ground black pepper


  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Rinse and dry sweet potatoes. Cut ends off, then slice into 2 inch long pieces.
  • Mince garlic cloves
  • Place sweet potatoes on a baking sheet
  • Drizzle with olive oil, then add parsley, salt, and garlic. Toss with your hands to coat well
