Lemon Blueberry Breakfast Quinoa

Make quinoa ahead of time and store in a tupperware in the fridge so you can enjoy a warm, protein-packed breakfast all week long!


  • 3/4 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 handful chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp. lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • sprinkle with cinnamon


  1. Place cooked quinoa in a bowl and add the almond milk. Microwave for about 1 minute or until warm.
  2. Add the walnuts, lemon zest, blueberries, cinnamon and enjoy!
