Feeling sluggish after over-indulging this past weekend? Here’s the green smoothie recipe our marketing manager is sipping on this morning to get her nutrition back on track:

2 cups spinach
2 cups mixed berries
1 banana
1/2 an avocado
1-2 scoops Constant Health Daily
1 cup almond milk
1 cup water
1 tablespoon soaked chia seeds

Place chia seeds and 2 tablespoons water in a small glass. Give it a stir and let sit while you make your smoothie. Blend everything but the chia seeds to your preferred consistency. Stir in soaked chia seeds (which should now be a gelatinous paste) and serve! Detox never tasted so good…
