No cooking required for this delicious and healthy pudding recipe:


  • ¼ cup Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa
  • 3 scoops Constant Health
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Stir together and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Prep time: 10 minutes.
