Dr. Rodier’s Apple Pie Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 scoops Constant Health Daily or other protein/detox formula of choice
- 1/2 large apples, cored
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ cup raw cashews
- ½ avocado
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
- 1 date, chopped, pitted
- 6-12 drops stevia (optional)
- Ice cubes
Directions:
- Soak raw cashews and date in water for 1 hour
- Mix all ingredients in a blender
