Matcha green tea powder offers even more antioxidants than drinking green tea since you’re ingesting the whole plant (including the caffeine, so careful to anyone who avoids caffeine!).

 

Constant Health contains gentle rice protein powder and a complete set of daily vitamins and minerals. Bee pollen is almost half protein, and those proteins come in the form of readily-absorbable amino acids, great for jump starting your day with lots of energy. Spinach adds alkalizing minerals (take a look at the values for 1 cup of spinach and this smoothie recipe has 2 cups of mineral-rich spinach!). And, coconut water adds valuable electrolytes and awesome flavor. Ingredients:
  • 1 scoop Constant Health
  • 1½ cups coconut water
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 teaspoons matcha green tea powder
  • 1 teaspoon bee pollen
  • 1 cup ice
 Directions:
  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
