Smoky Roasted Ribs

This succulent recipe is sure to get your mouth watering. For a smoky flavor, use a dry rub such as this Alderwood Smoked Sea Salt from the Spice and Tea Exchange, rather than a sauce, which can mask the meat’s natural flavor, and is often packed with sugar.  Grilling works of course, but the tenderest meat comes from slow-roasting.

  • Ribs
  • Alderwood Smoked Sea Salt, to taste

  1. Tenderize meat and rub on alderwood smoked sea salt as desired. We like to get a nice solid coat.
  2. Cook in slow cooker for 6-8 hours, or until the middle turns a soft pink or brown as desired
