Simultaneously sweet and spicy, these gluten-free meatballs pack a ton of flavor in a hearty meal.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb turkey, ground
- 2 cups sweet potatoes, mashed
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ cup parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350
- Mix ingredients together in a bowl
- Roll into balls and place on cookie sheet
- Bake for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown
- Let cool before serving
